Your own installation, with its own database. Nothing is pooled with another customer.
Nightly encrypted backups, kept 14 days, with monthly copies kept a year

Enterprise

In your own cloud account, or on your own server in your office.

You want the system and its data on infrastructure you own and pay for.

Installed on your cloud account (we work in it as invited users) or on your own Ubuntu machine
Backups to your own storage, encrypted so only your key and our recovery key can open them
Updates, monitoring, and restore drills under the AMC, through the same release path as Hosted
Moving to another cloud later is a restore and a DNS change, not a rebuild

A one-time licence, plus a yearly maintenance contract (AMC).

Why isn’t there a price on this page yet?

Each quote depends on how many people, locations, and vehicles you run, so for now every price is given in writing after a free demo. The plan structure on this page is the one your quote will follow.

What does fair use mean on a Hosted plan?

Each plan includes a set number of users, locations or vehicles, and file storage, written into your quote. If you grow past them, the next plan is agreed with you in writing first.

Can we start Hosted and move to our own server later?

Yes. Both offers run the same software, so moving is a restore of your latest backup onto your own server and a change of web address, not a rebuild. Your data comes with you.

What does the yearly AMC cover on Enterprise?

Updates as they ship, monitoring, backup checks and restore drills, and support. The terms are written into your licence agreement before anything is installed.

Who owns our data?

You do, in both offers. Hosted, it sits in your own installation and database on our servers, never mixed with another customer’s. Enterprise, it never leaves infrastructure you own.

Can the software be changed for how we work?

Yes. We build and run these products ourselves, so a change for your workflow is scoped and priced in writing, like any custom build.
