ClarWorks

The firm

An advisory firm that starts with the numbers.

ClarWorks is an advisory firm for operators. We model the decision before we build the system — then design and ship the AI, automation, and internal software the numbers justify.

Why modeling-led advisory

Most advice is opinion. We start with the numbers.

Too many decisions get made on a hunch and a slide deck. We think the opposite way: model the decision first, then build only what the economics justify.

Model first

Before a rupee is committed, we build the feasibility model — CapEx, OpEx, a multi-year pro-forma, IRR, NPV, payback, DSCR. The decision is grounded in numbers you can interrogate.

Then build

When the model says go, we design and ship the system — AI, automation, internal tools — with the same rigor. Working software at every checkpoint, handed over to your team.

Then measure

Every engagement is measured against the problem it was meant to fix. We come back at 30/60/90 — outcomes, not activity.

Who you'll work with

A principal who models the business, then ships it.

ClarWorks is principal-led — you work directly with the person who builds the model and writes the code, supported by a trusted bench when a build needs more hands.

Aditya Hampasagar

Principal

An operator who works at both ends of a decision: the finance and the feasibility model that says whether to build, and the software that gets built when the numbers say go. The same person who interrogates the unit economics writes the code that ships — so the model and the system never drift apart.

That’s the firm’s whole premise, made human: rigorous modeling and hands-on building under one roof, with a bench of specialists brought in when a build calls for it. The work on this site — the models, the methodology, the library — is the proof; this is the person behind it.

Outside client engagements, the same practice runs its own products — the operations platforms Sarathi, Saral, and Sadan, plus clarup.com, a live exam-prep platform. Proof that the model-then-ship approach holds up on our own P&L, not just client work.

How we work

Diagnose · Model · Design · Ship · Measure

The same path every time, plus the standards the firm holds itself to.

Step 01

Diagnose

Start with a free 30-minute call, or a paid diagnostic when the problem needs a closer look. We agree on what's worth building and what isn't.

Step 02

Model

Build the numbers first — feasibility, unit economics, and a pro-forma — so the decision rests on what the business can actually carry.

Step 03

Design

Design the system and the data, plan how outputs get evaluated, set guardrails, and map the change management before any code ships.

Step 04

Ship

Ship the LLM apps, agents, automations, and internal tools — with weekly demos and a clean production handover, not a throwaway prototype.

Step 05

Measure

Instrument the rollout and check in at 30, 60, and 90 days to see whether the numbers held — and adjust where they didn't.

Scoped sprints, not open-ended retainers — you always know what you're paying for.

We model the decision before we build, so capital goes where the numbers justify it.

Weekly demos and working software at every checkpoint. No surprise pivots.

Production handover with documentation, training, and a 30/60/90 measurement.

Questions

How we work, answered.

How does an engagement start?

A free 30-minute diagnostic call with the principal. We listen for the actual constraint and the decision you're weighing, then propose a scoped diagnostic or build sprint — no retainer required to begin.

How is work priced?

By scope, not by the hour or an open-ended retainer. A diagnostic sprint is a fixed 1–2 weeks; build sprints run 2–8 weeks with a defined deliverable. You approve the scope before any work begins.

What makes the advice credible without a wall of logos?

The work itself. Six investment-grade models you can use right now, a documented methodology behind every number, and a library of operator concepts. Run the models and judge them on the merits.

Is the work done remotely, and where?

Yes — engagements run remotely with operators across India and beyond. The models are India-accurate by default (₹, Indian benchmarks and tariffs) and adapt to any market.

Have a decision to make? Start with the numbers.

Tell us the decision you’re weighing. We’ll come back with the model, the approach, and a scoped sprint that ships the system.
