Sound familiar? Here is the same week with ClarWorks.
Every quote is worked out by hand: the ACP, the vinyl, the LED modules, the frame and the fitting, and two people price the same fascia differently.
Every line is priced from your own rates, by the square foot or the piece, with the frame, the lighting and the fitting worked out, the same whoever quotes.
A brand sends a list of 300 dealers in Excel, and the recce, the approvals and the installations are followed on WhatsApp and paper.
The brand's list comes in as the sites of one project: plan the recce by city, record the sizes and photos, and quote every shop from them.
The installation photos sit on someone's phone, and the brand will not pay until it sees proof for every shop.
Each installation carries its before and after photos and the owner's signature, checked in the office before the site is billed.
Laser cutting or powder coating goes out as job work, and nobody knows where the pieces are or what they cost.
Work sent out shows which vendor has it and when it is due back.
The apps. One account opens them all.
The apps for when ClarWorks Cloud opens are in orange, every one on every plan. The dashed ones come next, each marked here the day it is ready.
How a job flows, from one record.
On our cloud, or on yours.
ClarWorks Cloud: one sign-up for every trade, run by us, with a 14-day trial. ClarWorks Enterprise: the same software on servers you own.
Questions, answered.
Anything else? Ask us; you hear back within a day.
Also set up for print, fabrication and furniture and vehicle hire and staff transport.
Does it handle rollouts across hundreds of shops?
Yes. A rollout is one project with its sites: plan the recce by city, quote every site, and fit them with proof. Each bill is recorded against the project or a batch of its shops. Invoices by shop or by PO come with Billing.
We price by the square foot. Does it?
Yes: by the square foot, the running foot, the piece or the set, rounded the way each customer counts it, from your own rates and each customer's rate card.
Do our installers need the app?
On their phones: the day's sites, the before and after photos, how many pieces went up and the owner's signature, even where the signal drops.
What does it cost?
Once ClarWorks Cloud opens, you start with a 14-day trial, no card asked. After it, one price a month covers the whole business (the amounts are coming soon), with every app and unlimited users; bigger plans give more usage and storage. See pricing
Where does our data live?
On ClarWorks Cloud, on our servers, kept apart from every other business's data. On ClarWorks Enterprise, in your own cloud account. Either way it is yours, and you can export it whenever you like.
Can it be changed to fit how we work?
Most of it is settings you change yourself: your items, rates, steps, roles and documents. Changes to the software itself, made only for you, are part of ClarWorks Enterprise, where your installation is your own. How Enterprise works
How is it priced?
On ClarWorks Cloud, one price per business, paid in advance each month, with every open app and unlimited users on every plan. After a 14-day trial: Shop, Business and Scale, each a month, their amounts coming soon; the plans differ only in how much usage and storage they include. ClarWorks Enterprise, on a server you own, is a licence and a yearly maintenance contract, quoted in writing. See pricing
