Is quoting really free?

Yes. Quoting is how ClarWorks starts: you sign up and quote. The Free plan's limits, and the prices of the paid plans, are published before they open. See pricing

We also run vehicles. Can one account do both?

Yes. ClarWorks is one product with an edition for each industry, and one account can switch on apps from both. The travel apps come to ClarWorks Cloud after quoting and CRM. See ClarWorks for Travel

Where does our data live?

On ClarWorks Cloud, on our servers, kept apart from every other business's data. On ClarWorks Enterprise, in your own cloud account. Either way it is yours, and you can export it whenever you like.

Can it be changed to fit how we work?

Most of it is settings you change yourself: your items, rates, steps, roles and documents. Changes to the software itself, made only for you, are part of ClarWorks Enterprise, where your installation is your own. How Enterprise works

How is it priced?

On ClarWorks Cloud, quoting starts free on the Free plan; the Quotes and Complete plans are paid, with prices published before they open. ClarWorks Enterprise is a licence and a yearly maintenance contract, quoted in writing. See pricing
